Frank recently tried taking a picture of an undercover cop. He shoved a camera in the cop's face and the cop shoved it away. Now Frank is suing the county for $75,000. What a loser--no one takes him serious. I wouldn't hire him if I was facing the chair and he was the last sleezy lawyer on earth.
