frank is an exceptional lawyer,takes the position of defence ,and justice very seriously whereever he can,he will marshal the procedure like no one else.lots of patience,If you have a bad experience with frank,more than likely its less about him, than anything else.

You'd be off being represented by Duty Counsel -- and we ALL know how useless they are. If you're satisfied being represented by someone who has a easy going personally, you'll love Frank Bernhardt. If you're looking for a lawyer who is ABLE and WILLING to act in your best interest, Frank Bernhardt is NOT the lawyer to choose.

Frank and everyone in his office is amazing I have used frank a few times and has saved me from a lot of trouble and answered all question I had great man and knows what he is doing a judge and a Lawyer can't beat that knows the law and how it work thanks frank for all your help

This lawyer is a dumptruck. Trying to get a straight answer from this jerk is like pulling teeth. I'm not sure if he's lazy, incompetent or both.

Retained under legal aid. On a personal level, Frank Bernhardt is likeable and easy to deal with. However, on a legal level he always seemed to be cutting corners in order save himself time, which he never has enough of. This lawyer has far too many clients to be able to properly represent all of them.

Frank did good to great job in helping me (through legal aid) with very complex criminal sexual assault charge. He is exceptionally bright, and much better than all other lawyers I've interviewed, at listening, and allowing for their client to direct them, and control their own case. Also, very good in court at commanding the respect and trust of the judge. Very clear in communication, and very quick to understand.
