You'd be off being represented by Duty Counsel -- and we ALL know how useless they are. If you're satisfied being represented by someone who has a easy going personally, you'll love Frank Bernhardt. Retained under legal aid. On a personal level, Frank Bernhardt is likeable and easy to deal with. However, on a legal level he always seemed to be cutting corners in order save himself time, which he never has enough of. This lawyer has far too many clients to be able to properly represent all of them.
