James Bachan is a good attorney, good human being, and comes from a beautiful family. He will certainly fight for you! But he is certainly human like all of us and life has hit him hard with many personal tragedies. He deserves the best! I only wish him continued success and happiness in his personal and professional life. He has high work ethics, he's compassionate, and will fight for you! Great attorney!!! You will never find a more honest, ethical, sharp, and hard working attorney. Unfortunately, he has suffered the worst tragedy that anyone can imagine (which was all over the news a couple of years ago). His daughter was killed by a hit and run driver while crossing the street at a cross walk when she was at USC. If there has been any delay in his moving anyone's case forward, please have sympathy and understanding because no one deserves to go through what he has been through and continues to deal with on a daily basis. Attorneys are still human beings. Some of them (like this one) are actually amazing people, who deserve a bit a kindness and understanding, rather than getting bashed by some greedy client without a heart.

Very bad aatorney, bad work ethic. Talks to mcuh, no work done, Unprofessional and so on, find some one else dont waste your time b/c he is not going to help you in any way he is never there always have a funeral and other personal issues to attend...
