My wife and I saw this lawyer on the recommendation of our realtor. He thinks he is quite a hot shot. Very arrogant. He had to call our lender with a question while we were signing and started complaining to us about how now he wasn't making any money and we better give him a good google review. On our way out, we overheard him being quite abusive to his staff, who we really liked. What a jerk!

I was referred to Brad after 2 previous lawyer failures. It was refreshing that he DID NOT simply write nice letters back and forth like previous lawyers obsessed with their own appearance. He saw through the chaos created by the opposition, identified challenges and formulated an effective plan with actions. He put himself in my shoes, and pursued the truth. He has a strong conscience, is committed, expects results, stands his ground, matches opposition's aggression, and follows through. His billing is reasonable compared to previous experiences.
