Disappointed he passed me onto to an associate. The firm made a number of clerical mistakes. It is was like no one, not even the attorneys proofread their work. It was difficult getting return emails. Sometimes there was no reply when one was requested. The firm was not on top of it as much as other firms I have worked with. Felt like they didnt care about having me as a client.
