DUI charge. My first attorney recommended taking offer for reckless driving. Herbert viewed video of the stop and suggested I had a case and could get the charges dropped/get a better deal. After dropping my first attorney, spending over $2,000.00 to retain him, and waiting about a year--still got the same charges. Either his skills/instincts were bad or this was simply a money grab.
