I suddenly received a collection notice that my fine was past due and they added $300 penalty! I only owed $500 of the $2,500 I had been paying on. She helped me write a letter, consulted with local attorneys in San Diego and helped me to get the fine back on track and the penalty waived. Totally awesome! Thank you!!
