This lawyer had the charges against me dismissed so I do not have even a single complaint. Sam was very up front about what would happen when we went to court.

My name is Laura Hendrickson and I hired Sam for a CPS which I had to do drug testing beyond my control yesterday the drug testing facility was closed and Sam ziselman said he didn't want to hear it when I cried like a stuck pig when they took my son away !! I had no control the testing facility was closed please do not trust or hire this attorney he shattered all hope I had in the world in seconds - seriously who talks to a client this way run far far away from this attorney!! Please do not hire Sam ziselman

CURRENTLY MY RETAINED ATTORNY, SAM IS OUT OF CONTROL. HE IS CURRENTLY IN A DEAL WITH ANOTHER GUY NAMED HUBERT JOHNSON AS THEY CREATE AGREEMENTS THRU BERT FOR SAM TO TAKE CASES, WE PAID 15K FOR A STATE &FED CASE AND NOW WE CANT GET SAM TO RETURN A CALL OR ANSWER A QUESTION. HE SEEMS TO HAVE NO FEDERAL LAW KNOWLEDGE AND IS NOT OK WITH GETTING HELP FROM EDUCATED PARTIES. MY SPOUSE IS AVAILBE FOR RELEASE BUT TRAPPED IN JAIL BECAUSE SAM HAS FAIL FOR A WEEK TO CORRECTLY PROCESS THE PAPERS ALTHOUGH WE HAVE ASKED HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO ALLOW THE CLERK OFFICE TO HELP HE INSIST HE HAS IT AND HE DOESNT BECAUSE ITS NEVER TAKEN A WEEK AND 3 ROUNDS OF THE SAME PAPER WORK FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND SADDEN BY ALL THIS. TODAY SAM REFUSES TO ANSWER MY CALLS AND I HAVE TO GO ONLINE AND GIVE MY STORY. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE IF 310-869-2852 IS THE SAM U HIRED, PLS PLS RUN THE OTHER WAY.

Hiring Sam Ziselman was the best thing my dad did in the last year of life. Not only was the lawyer great in court, and patient with the case he was being pressured to end, he was kind. He came to the hospital when dad was in his last hours and promised him, "twelve people will never agree to convict your wife so long as I am the defense lawyer, so you can relax because I am not going anywhere." He was as good as his word. In January the court dismissed the case!!! My mom is keeping her job and will get her retirement package. Bless you Sam. We will not forget you.

Samuel Ziselman was not cheap and his answers to me in preliminary meetings often lacked "social polish" I have come to expect from other attorneys. Nonetheless, he produced at two crucial points when my business, livelihood and personal life were hanging in the balance. Sam won the criminal case I hired him for and then he prevented my ex from obtaining a restraining order against me, in retaliation for the criminal charges we defeated. I would hire him again.

Competent defense lawyer from Vincent W. Davis & Assoc. When he gets fired up, you are sitting on the correct side of the table. Comfort & ease in the courtroom, definitely from years of experience. Not pretentious or showy like the prosecutors, but that is a sign of confidence, versus prosecutorial arrogance. Excellent argument skills, eloquent, quite impressive. Very focused and doesn't bite when the prosecutors make shiny empty commentary. Likeable guy eventually, but likely jaded by the life of criminal defense clients. Straightforward, doesn't want to paint false hope, sort of modest. But, if you want to go the distance, he won't back down. A judge admitted his intention to rule against me (us) before a trial, but ultimately had to dismiss the jury after Mr. Ziselman arguments based on the experience of the VWD Firm. Do NOT underestimate the extreme importance of hiring a lawyer with subject matter expertise. Vincent Davis & Assoc. are the experts in their field.

My son was referred to Sam Zieselman by a family friend. She told us that he is the defense lawyer to have if a criminal case is going to trial in L.A. County east of downtown. We've never received better advice. He won my boy's case by showing the jury all the lies the so-called witnesses had been telling to the police. Sam told us what he would do in the trial, answered all our questions, and then he did it. 10 star rating for this lawyer!!
