I reached out to John McKiggan recently when I was trying to find out about a particular health-related class action lawsuit. John responded within hours of my inquiry which impressed me greatly. He referred me to another law firm that had started a class action and set me in the right direction.
John then sent me a free downloadable copy of "Health Scare" which is a very readable and extremely helpful guide to Medical Malpractice. I found this very helpful in my own case and I will be passing it along to clients in my therapy practice.
So many people are not aware of their rights when it comes to medical malpractice. The information provided in Health Scare can be beneficial to people on so many levels. As I work as a therapist, I know for a fact this book would contribute positively to people's mental health. Information is indeed power. Thank you John for this excellent resource!

I contacted Mr. mcKiggan after my counsellor gave me a copy of Mr. mcKiggans book about abuse claims. He helped me deal with a very painful matter with kindness and compassion. I have a very difficult time trusting people but John and his staff made me feel like a family. His assistant Erin is great. any time i couldn't get in touch with John, she was able to answer my questions or schedule a rime for me to talk to John directly. I can't say enough good things about this firm.

This lawyer made a mess of my case; he is a publicity seeker who just does not want to do the hard work to win. I fired him after he dragged my matter out for 3 years. My new lawyer resolved the case in 2 months.

Mr. McKiggan wasn't my lawyer but I read his book about medical malpractice claims. I think people should read the book because it might help alleviate their fears and encourage individuals to stand up for their rights.
