used for age discrimination case.
1)recommended his boss Ware G Cornell and associates.. when asked about other negative client reviews about that office.
2)very good at taking $3500.00 from me for a contingent fee agreement.
3) but when it came to doing the work. (depositions and representation).
4) They withdrew without doing the work/discovery necessary to respond to pending motions on the other side.
5) they also never responded to pending motions while withdrawing.
6) this caused me to have a $600.00 judgment against me. NOT RECCOMENDED VERY BAD.
