P. Barron Law is an excellent, responsive, supportive firm. The lawyers & staff are top notch, efficient, knowledgeable, and skilled negotiators, focused on client service excellence. Pam provided empathic, clear, helpful advice about next steps & probable timelines. Their fees were low. Pam, Jane & Jocelyn helped me move from a very stressful, walking-on-eggshells, uncertain life to calm, financial disentanglement and security, resolution and PEACE. They understand their impacts on clients' lives. Pam & her staff even worked late their last day before holidays to ensure that I could have a separation agreement to provide the bank, insurance company & real estate lawyer to meet a mortgage closing deadline to save me $200/month. I felt heart-swelling, tear-producing gratitude. Pam collaborated extremely well with the opposing counsel & the real estate lawyer, keeping in touch in case the latter needed anything. I could not have picked better lawyers or a better firm. A+ 5/5.

DO NOT waste your time and money on this useless lawyer. She doesn’t have any good knowledge and will try and advise you to agree on things just to move things forward. She doesn’t look out for you best interest and forgets your files information and you need to repeat or start all over again with her. She even sent me other clients personal information and case information. She is unorganized, Don’t waste your money. Pamela your are useless!!!!

She is always away for weeks at a time and has no one to take over so everything takes longer and drags. She takes forever to respond to emails. She doesn`t represent her clients well and will guide you to take the easy way out in decision making so she doesn`t have to put much effort. She does not guide her clients very well, will tell something and that same thing will change....fails to inform. I could go on and on.

quite unfortunate when people can't afford lawyer fees and must take to slandering a professional publicly on the internet. maybe a few of the above people should focus on keeping their relationship intact int he first place so they shouldn't have to search for a children's lawyer to begin with.

Pam lacked communication. She had emailed the wrong address on multiple occasions, the last one being my court date!! I missed my first court date because she had been emailing the wrong address. No phone call to see if I received her emails. I had been going back and forth with her for two years so there was no reason for her not to be able to contact me. Worst part was that she refused to admit any wrong doing. The judge had assigned the children's lawyer to get involved so I had her help fill out the intake forms and fax it while ai was in her office. When i called to see if they've made a decision yet, I was told that they hadn't received my application! I had been going through Legal Aid so I'm thankful that I didn't pay for her terrible service and happy I got approved for change of counsel.

It was the worst experience ever , I was going through my divorce and custody battle of my three kids , I used to get her bill every month like my visa bill . She used to charge me for dropping papers to her assisstance . She was forgetful , she never response to my emails , and if she did , it is usually a week or more days after , and on several instances I had to remind her of who I am , and some of the details of my case . After several months and paying close to $ 6000 , I left her and went with another lawyer . He found out that there was not even a file for me at the court house . This incident happened 5 years ago , but I found out yesterday that I could have sued her without having to pay any penny by going through the right channels , at the time I didn't do it , thinking it would cost me lots of money which I did not have .i thought I had to write this review , because it might save somebody his money and headaches .

I was unfortunate to have had to use legal aide, but was fortunate to find Ms. Baron. I got what I wanted in terms of custody final order granted exactly as I wanted. Ms. Baron represented me effectively and I am glad to have been her client.

I had a very bad experience with this lawyer. For starters, she charges too much for what she is worth and what she actually does. There were billing discrepancies and I was forced to review my monthly statements very closely. This lawyer was even charging me for replying to emails that my ex wife would send her. She would usually take 4-5 days to reply to my emails and at times would not reply at all. She definitely is not worth 280$/hr. Make sure you know what you are signing before you hire her. I found that she was forgetful, lacked organization and demonstrated poor business ethics . She probably takes on as many clients as possible to maximize her earnings but consequently the service is terrible. I was very unhappy with her work and have since found another lawyer. Do yourself a favor and take the time to make an educated decision before hiring someone to represent you in court.

I have been having a lot for 10 months not only fighting for my divorce but for my life I was very Sick she was aware of this she got a doctor's note to delay I have 2 weeks I was not a machine I mention well to make life decisions when she was aware of us she did not submit the doctor's note to report house so I had to go last minute or they would make decisions for me and might as well have not gone. All that we had agreed to over that can munch me keeping my house getting 54,000 dollars and my benefits we're all not in the paperwork I signed my husband landed up the I had to the game now I am in deep trouble in order to try to appeal this. She also knew that my life was in great danger but my husband was trying to show me and I have been to the place several times she told me she gave him with the divorce papers for a restraining order then I call the police to make a complaint and found out it was never served a restraining order at all oh my god I cannot believe what this woman ha
