Represented me in a personal injury case. He was extremely friendly when he wanted me to sign with him, after signing his personality took a 360. He was often rude and short with me. He expected me to do work I considered to be his responsibility. He assumed that I should know legal terms and procedures. While in the waiting area prior to my binding arbitration he asked me questions about my accident that it seems to me he should have known before arriving for a very important aspect of the case(maybe I'm wrong, I'll admit I don't know much about legal things). The only plus side: If he was rude to me, his client, he probably was 10x's ruder to the insurance company we were battling. The result of my claim could have turned out better if he would have put more than 2 hours of work into my case, but I guess you live and you learn.
