She was a judge for many years (Pasadena,CA),and is strongly biased as to those she views as powerful, and goes out of her way to to issue bad rulings by ignoring the laws and facts, so that the "underdog" cannot receive justice. She favors attorneys, landlords, the government, etc. She thinks that bad rulings are hard to overturn. This is the status quo for judges in Pasadena and Los Angeles County.
