This is the best legal team! Rahul is an amazing Lawyer- He represented me on a few past Real Estate transactions - my most recent transaction closed last week. I just completed a civil litigation where Rahul and his team defended me. They were professional, sympathetic, and absolutely diligent in all aspects of my case since day one..as stressful as litigation can be, they fought hard for me and won. I am an executive and hired Rahul as our corporate lawyer. He is a generalist but something about me clicked with him. He is not like many other lawyers and not nearly as greedy. He consulted the corporation and prepared share transactions just before my wife stole 500K from the same corporation and filed for divorce. His performance was outstanding and he charges very reasonably and doesn't clock every single email you send him like some other lawyers. Later we found out that she had planned a semi-coup to get as much money as possible using extortion tactics used by her lawyer (crap lawyer). Well they got what they deserved thanks to Rahul.

rahul kesarwani, such a horrible lawyer, i would never recommend this attorney to anyone. he lies and drafts make believe stories right there and then. he is hardly every punctual with this work or deliverying his work. he doesnt represent his client well, and agree that he is the type of person that gives a profession a bad name. he mayb good with his other processings but family law office is not something you would wanna hire him for.

Awful lawyer, did not get anything done in the 6 months I was dealing with him and when I finally had the smarts to change lawyers, tried to bill me huge for work he did not do and refused to give me back my file until I paid. The next lawyer started with nothing, didn't even need the file from Kesarwani and managed to get the issue resolved in a few months. Kesarwani is exactly the type of lawyer that gives the industry a bad name.

This lawyer drew up a lease for me. He delivered a high quality product in an extremely efficient and quick manner as I was making a last minute request for an urgent matter. He had no problem dropping everything to help me with my urgent request. All of this for an extremely reasonable rate. The lease was thorough and did not miss any important details. I highly recommend him for his caring approach and thorough knowledge.

He was such a nightmear to deal with. The only thing he was efficient at was delivering invoices. I would get a new invoice everytime I went to see him. He had no respect for his clients either. I was kept waiting in his waiting area for over 20 minutes each time I went to see him while he talked about me to his paralegal. Doesn't he realize his clients can hear every word hes saying? I could hear him saying things like she should be grateful that your doing her the favour of writing a letter for her. Excuse me?? When you charge me $150 just for binding two motions, the least I expect you to do is write me a one page letter! I would have tolerated all of this if his work product had been good but a toddler could write a better motion for me than he did. It was full of typos and it made me sick to my stomach that I payed over $800 for it. What a joke! How does the law soceity grant people like him lisences?

Hes extremely rude, in it for just the money! He told me that if he know he had to close a "Street Capital" Mortgage one week before closing and only making 1500.00 he would have never been our lawyer! Hes a jerk

I have used Rahul's services for over 10 years with deals of more than $10 million +. My personal experience has been very favourable. If they are able to handle the transaction, they will advise of the timeframe and anticipated challenges in advance, no surprises. If they cant handle it, they will, very professionally, refer to the right law firm. I trust Rahul and his team very much and know they will always be available to deal with any situation that arise in my business. I've used him for both corporate and personal matters and I recommend him highly. He is extremely trustworthy and knows his stuff. His firm is quite busy, so sometimes (not often) a followup might be required if you need something urgently, but he and his staff have always been very responsive!

I'd recommend Kesarwani as he directed me towards the optimal result from a business perspective, and that amounted to settling my claim for a reasonable amount which they did negotiate for us promptly and at reasonable cost. Basically threatened the other party with their worst-case scenario, backed it up with facts and legal argument but then offered an out that the other party went for. Practical and cost-effective.

On one occasion he kept me waiting in excess of 60 minutes and another time in excess of 90 minutes. (I only visited him about 5 times) He would only respond or take action when continually prodded. Correspondance he sent to the opposing lawyer was repeatedly sent back with corrections. I could not in good conscience refer anyone to him.
