Contacted office to set up a consulation. Once the information was given. I received a call back and they informed me that they could not take my case. Which seemed extremely suspicious to me as they did not know my case. As with family court in this parish, they talk behind the scenes and are in cohorts with one another.

Does not return calls even after multiple attempts. Took money for the initial consultation but then is to busy to take your case. Front desk receptionist is very rude and lacks compassion and professionalism. First impression of Karen Downs is that she cares but then.eaves you looking for another. Attorney at the last minute
