I hired Miller LAw for a construction defect case. After 4 different lawyers who quit or were fired, I fired Miller Law. I was charged for crap they did not do, stole 30K out of an escrow account and overall did a lousy job. I told them to stop all work and they continued to bill me for more crap. STAY AWAY!!! You'd be better off hiring a chimp!!! Mark Gallagher is a lyin smug obnoxious ahole. I made appts to meet with John to discuss the case, and John did not attend the meeting, rather sending one of the other lawyers who knew nothing about the case. STAY AWAY!

After my encounter with I personally feel that John Miller only cares about getting money out of his own clients. I feel he does not communicate unless it is related to a billing issue. My experience was that his firm does all their work at the last minute and is very low quality. John Miller won a large settlement in a mold lawsuit and feel that he has been riding that win ever since. John Miller says he is a settlement expert but the only thing he is an expert at is getting his clients to settle for a low amount. The experience I had with this firm was very poor. I was repeatedly ignored and treated poorly. Unofortunately for our case it was too late to switch to a different attorney. My recommendation would be to avoid this law firm at all costs.
