I hired Mr. Webber a few years ago when I had to fail Bankruptcy after the sudden death of my husband. He took the time to explain the process to me, was very patient, and answered any questions I had. It made a difficult time easier to deal with. As I was shaking this man's hand thanking him I had to fight back the emotions because I knew that this man was helping me to a new financial start and a new opportunity to rebuild my credit and I couldn't have done it without his services.

This guy is missing ? Anyone see him or no how to contact him ? Gave him a check no he disappeared, called his office his cell phone goes right into V mail , I went to the police station . Going to file a complaint against him , and also write an article in the newspaper and contact the media . He needs to be exposed so he does not Take other people's money . ... This is a review for attorney Daren Webber out of Goshen, NY. I had to make one of the tougher financial decisions when I found out that creditors from a previous relationship were coming back to haunt me. By haunt me I mean wage garnishment. When the wage garnishments started I looked over my credit report and there were a lot of creditors that would be lining up to garnish my paychecks and take away from my family after one was paid off. I was in a bind and didn't know what to do. I knew of bankruptcy but didn't know how it operated. I did a Google search for Bankruptcy attorneys in Orange County, NY and Daren Webber was one of the lawyers that popped up. I liked the reviews I read and decided to call Daren up. He got me into his office as soon as MY schedule seen fit, which by the way was 6:30pm, and met with me for a little more than two hours. He explained to me the bankruptcy process, what would happen, how it would happen, what he would do for me and what I had to do. D

Daren Webber also took my money in exchange to get rid of my second mortgage. He was dogging me for almost a year while his family and him were always on vacation. My phone calls, emails and letters were always ignored and unanswered. I hired another lawyer to take him to court and the judgment went in our favor, OF COURSE HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR COURT TWICE IN GOSHEN WHERE HE PRACTICES. Now there's a judgment for $2000.00 in his name that he still refuses to pay, and this happen 3 years ago. WHAT A LAWYER, IF YOU CALL THE JUDICIAL DISTRIST OFFICE IN WESTCHESTER, EVENTUALLY THEY WILL DISBAR HIM.IF YOUR NOT SURE WHAT TO DO ASK ANOTHER LAWYER HOW TO REPORT DAREN A.WEBBER TO THE OFFICE. Daren A. Webber was hired to do my bankruptcy. He took the money demanding cash and never filed bankruptcy paperwork. I had to file a lawsuit against him to recover my money in which he lost. Daren A. Webber has still not played. I have filed paperwork to disbar him from the N.Y. State Bar assn. Do not hire him he is a thief and a lier.

We hired Mr. Webber for Bankruptcy. It was difficult enough to deal with let alone this man take the last of our money and never even file for us. He wanted full payment, cashed the check within 10 minutes of receiving it and has been dodging us ever since. This man is very shady.

i am a senior citizen who is now in financial difficulty and forclosure in her home. I contacted Daren Webber to represent me to help me stay in my home he assured me that he could help me and his charge was $2500.00 and that he would accept based on a payment plan. I gave him$400.00 to start and 2 additiona payment a total of $1400.00. I hired him in Nov. 2012, however my mortgage company kept sending me letters saying that my attorney Daren Webber has not responded to any of their request for inforrmation necessary for various programs to avoid forcloser. This went on for 6 months. I decided to contact a Realestate office that I am now working with. When they got involved they found that Daren Webber had done nothing for my case. I wrote to Daren Webber requesting a refund of my money - he never responded.I finally took the case to small claims court and he never showed up. Daren Webber now has a judgement against him in the amount of $1425.00.
