They advertise about what they can do for Disabled Veterans. I am a disabled Vet and paralegal or receptionist said they would not be able to help but could refer me to someone else. I am a former Army Ranger with serious back issues. If they couldn't help me, they can't help anybody. What a joke. They're only out to sue Insurance companies in the private sector. All settlements, all the time. Not really intersted in fighting for you.

Currently involved with this firm, almost two years now, took over 6 months before meeting with Attorney, since then it has been a terrible experience, poor communication,poor info., they ignore your concerns, they hire "experts" that can't write a report properly, they misled me 3x so far,don't waste your time trying to get Mikes attention, he is too busy! Care for their clients? NO WAY! You are just another number. Will his law firm handle your case properly and fight for you? Not from what I have experienced.I have a good case but his team is messing it up, big time!Example: Scheduled VOC exam.,6 days later files Motion to add VOC. knew then that Opposing counsel objected, did not tell client, client spent 9 hrs. travelling to exam + $80,next day Motion was denied. Attorney had responsibility to advise client of objection and to postpone the exam. Atty misled his client into believing everything was OK. I wish I could find another Law Firm that would help me but all are the same way

They did not represent me in a legal case. I worked with Mike for non-legal related business venture and he took the work we did and used it to with another company. Not a very honest thing to do

They don't show that they care,do not return calls always have to call them. They don't take the stress that clients go through serious at all, and I want to go through someone else.
