I can not say enough about Mr. McCaughan. He helped us work through a complicated and ugly employment issue. His understanding of the law and approach even in the face of brutal, and at times disgraceful, intimidation tactics from the other side was first rate. His personality and style make him exceptionally easy to work with.

Dave is a professional and dedicated lawyer who goes out of his way to understand his clients' circumstances and specific needs. He has years of experience and is straightforward and direct - something that isn't always easy to find in a lawyer! I was impressed with his knowledge of the law, but it was his practical, results-oriented approach that really wowed me. He's an excellent advocate, and I couldn't recommend him more highly.

This man is a complete incompetent, runs up hours for next to nothing then fails to act on time.Increases his rates for no reason, When client has financial difficulty just drops the case or cancels the action. I will never use him again.
