Involved in a recent property deal with this guy. I was consistently surprised how little counsel actually knew regarding the process involved in a relatively minor commercial property transaction. At one point this clown even broke down and literally began ranting via email in the least professional manner I've ever witnessed in my years of practicing law. You'd be wise to steer clear.
