I obtained Mark Moktarian three yrs ago to take care of my fathers trust.I live out of state so I rely on phone updates.For the last two years he has had little or no contact with me.No monthly statements sent.I have tried daily to contact him on his cell phone and at his office.Still have not been able to speak with him yet.I agreed to pay him 250.00 an hour which he has access to a account in which some stocks were put so he can be paid.So I know this man has gotten paid.I have heard for a year he has had several illness, different things at different times, and last week his office said he was out due to medical reasons.I have asked for and even mailed certified letters to this man asking for statements still nothing.No contact at all from him in months even though I try daily..frustrated RGM 08-23-2016
