This review is a little late, and is namely about our experience with him as a fee arbitrator between attorney and client. Needless to say, he favors the attorneys, to the point of ignoring the law and the facts to the detriment of the client. I guess it shouldn't be that surprising considering that he is an older white male, and the attorney dispute was with an attorney that was also a white male. Probably would have been more surprised if he didn't ignore the facts and law, and ruled against the thieving attorney.
