as a single mom with 2 kids, I hired mr fulmer to handle my custody issue. he took my money and talked "the talk" but he did nothing in court. my ex and I have shared custody, for 1+years I had no way of even talking to my daughter, I didn't even know where she lived! I pleaded with mr fulmer to do something since it was a direct violation of court orders, mr fulmer did nothing never addressed it in court. but he sure wanted the money for doing nothing. His staff was rude, he never returned calls, nor did his staff. Hes by far the worst attorney in florida.

Unfortunately for me Mr. Fulmer was my opposing counsel. In our family law case he managed to make his deadbeat client look like an absolute angel and turned the whole thing around on me! He is a shark!
