False accusations were made against me by my supervisor after I was injured at work due to the negligence of my employer.False accusations were made in an attempt to "encourage" me to resign after 12 years of stellar evaluations. Carlos showed up at the deposition completely unprepared and had not even contacted 1 person on a list of 25 witnesses I had provided to him who were willing to testify on my behalf. Five days before the hearing he had not deposed a single individual in preparation for the hearing.I found him to be absolutely useless as an attorney.
