Jim is very knowledgeable in family law. He really knows what he is talking about and clearly communicated to me the answers to my questions. He helped me through the process of a very emotional event with true care. He had a plan from day one and he executed that plan expertly!! He explained all of my options way before i had to make any decision. Above all, he showed he truly cared about me and was very careful to make each of my legal dollars count.

He is a very misleading attorney who likes to sit back and tell you stories as he charges you by the hour. He is very passive and wishy washy in his decision making. If you are looking for a tenacious attorney, he is definitely not your guy. Lastly, he will clean out your bank account, gauranteed!

Jim Parke is a tough lawyer and is good at what he does. He's also a straight-shooter; he's honest. He worked with integrity throughout my entire case. In the sometimes shady world of lawyers, Jim is golden. I've read the negative review below, and it seems obvious to me that it was written by a bitter ex. I think the legal system itself is very disappointing and it takes forever to get a divorce. And final judgment is often painful with no real winners. But you have to separate those issues from the lawyer, the man himself. Jim is a good man. He's extremely competent. He's among the best. If I had to hire a lawyer again, Jim is the only lawyer I would hire.

Mr. Parke is an excellent attorney. He was very helpful with my case and really knows his stuff. I couldn't have asked for more support from a lawyer and I would definitely recommend him without hesitation to any family member or friend who needs legal representation.

If you want a advocate that knows the system, the judges and most outcomes before they happen, then this is you man. A man who talks the truth and not just blows the tune you want to hear. He will prepare you for all possible outcomes and represent you while guiding you through the process of becoming whole again. He reassured me and calmed my anxiousness while representing me to a wonderful full custody outcome.

Charged me a $300,000+ for a simple divorce which my portion of the estate was worth 50K at best....lied to me and my family about what I should expect in child support, attorney fees, why I had to go to trial vs. settle,etc..... By the way, I received $0.00 child support, $0.00 attorney fees but did get primary custody. I followed my attorneys advice assuming he was acting in my best interest.....As a result, my children lost their home and their quality of life.....All this because I believed my attorney was acting in my best interest. I hope this reaches at least one person who will be spared the financial devastation bestowed upon me by this attorney.
