When I was going through a divorce in 2012, so was Danelle. My lawyer told me to cut her some slack, because she was late to court on multiple occassions (for which I was paying her for)! My divorce was a 2 year trial, with 3 kids. Hers did not involve any children and she was costing me a single mother thouands. I would not recommend.

Hired her for a simple case, she charged my husband thousands of dollars and dropped us two days before our court date with no resolution the the matter. Over $3200 paid to her and five months later we are not a single step closer to resolution than we were when the case started. Ask her questions about her productivity and she gets sensitive and emotional and claims that attorney client relationship is compromised and drops you like a hot potato

I should cut her slack? I used Danielle and her lack of game was reflected in her billing! Plus if you were to read the lack of game commed was posted a in 2009, if her divorce was still dragging out a year later obviously she isn't that great because if you can't resolve your own problems why would I want to hire her to resolve mine?

You need to give her some slack/credit. To the person who gave her all "1", she just finalized her own divorce. I know that I would not be on top of my game if that were me.

My lawyer worked hard on my case and was understanding about what my goals were. She took time to listen to my concerns and explained the divorce process to me every step of the way. No one likes to go through a divorce but she helped get a fair result and we were able to avoid a long drawn out trial process and spare our kids the pain of a custody trial.

10 months this person was my attorney and absolutely NOTHING happened except piles of bills from her. No custody agreement, no child support, no divorce.
