She has been my lawyer since Oct 2021 on a cps matter and she don't notify me about court dates she is working against me she looks down at me like trash she is so unprofessional she talks at me not to me she makes me feel like I'm less than. She always blows off when I try calling.why is she even in family law if she don't help the family and don't Carr about what's best for our child she needs to be disbarred. When I told her I'm asking for lawyer I no longer want you representing me and she told me that's not going to happen I'm your lawyer and u can't change that. She is unprofessional she is not a people person and should not be in family court representing people who really need help they should put in a petition to get her fired

I just let go of her today! The WORST lawyer!!! She lied from day 1 saying she would get me child support & I never got anything promised me I would get spousal support....it’s almost year later & nothing!!! Never returned phone calls...horrible with email!! She used my money towards family court & didn’t tell me she told me it was put towards my retainer....lie!!! She left me high & dry...told me if I didn’t give her $3,000 in 2 months she wasn’t coming back to court with me. She knew I didn’t have the money...my ex hasn’t given me a dime in a year!! She is well aware of that!! She came recommended I wish I would have looked up her reviews first! $3,500 down the drain!

BETH, STILL OWES ME A REFUND FOR MY RETAINER FEE.CLOSE TO IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH AND HER STAFF WILL MAKE CONSTANT EXCUSES FOR HER. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS PRIOR.. WOULD HAVE SAVED ME $2500. THAT I AM STILL FIGHTING FOR!

Beth is not only a liar, but also a complete moron!! She misplaced numerous documents she had requested from me, said I never gave them to her only to call me to say she found them. She canceled numerous court dates the morning of after I used a sick day to be in court. Beth is very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. She is your typical shyster.Stay far away!!

SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST - DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN. - VERY RUDE, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DISSAPEARS FOR MONTHS ON END. DOESNT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS, REPEATEDLY MADE MISTAKES IN MY PAPERS AND TOOK MONTHS TO MAKE CORRECTIONS AND THEN TELLS YOU ITS YOUR FAULT. HER STAFF IS JUST AS INCOMPETANT AND AWFUL AS SHE IS. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER, she never returns calls, every excuse in the book. She takes your retainer and you will never see a penny of it back! Very unprofessional. Wish we read all the reviews before using her. Horrible. Not sure how she gets away with this treating clients this way. Unreal.

She’s Very UNPROFESSIONAL, and the staff just as bad, as her, all rude, never available to talk to doesn’t return calls,she over bills clients, makes promises that she can’t keep, look over your documents for errors because she can’t, over billing is how she makes her money! Should be DISBARRED !!! Deserves NO stars !

You get a different story every minute she s with a client she s on the phone she s in court ect.ect.ect. such hogwash I'm so angry with the 5 years I wasted on her so so angry ps. Absolutely terrible. It has been 2 years w her and still no resolve granted my ex is a difficult person however, when I first hired her I left a hefty retainer, almost missed the deadline to serve my ex, I located him and was charged for every thing. No communication, no nothing. Worst I have ever seen.

Quite honestly, one of the worst. Please be sure to check your billing. My first bill after the retainer, was close to 5,000. Very easily imtimidated and also passive aggressive with clients if you call her on her errors. I would not recommend her to an enemy. Please research any attorney you hire first. She has given me a bigger headache then my ex husband. Very nasty language and poor writing skills. Please look over any documents for errors!

I went to Ms. Rosenthal for a divorce. Granted this was a diffucult situation and I was aware that it would not be an easy fix. But to make matters worse she was never available for a phone call. And never returned my calls. Things were not expained clearly. And everytime I call there was a different story. I got a different story from everyone I spoke to. I would not recommend this laywer I would stay as far away from her as possible.

My husband was cheating and was extremely verbally and emotionally abusive toward me. I didn't know where to go to and what would happen with the children. Mrs. Rosenthal was highly recommended by my brother so I met with her. She explained step by step the process that we would take and I must say she is a real attorney that knows and performs her job well. I left her office feeling reassured that my children and I would be okay. I was extremely happy with the end result of my divorce and how painless she made the process for me. She has my highest recommendation.
