Facing the need to form a Trust and write a will is not something that any of us want to do. In fact we avoid it. Andrew Meinzer and his staff have been excellent at helping us get this done in spite of our resistance. Their communication has been excellent; their explanations clear; and they have always been forthcoming with answers to our questions. We ourselves dragged this out for two years, but they were always there to help us get to signing day. This is what you need in a law firm: someone who will help you get the job done. (We have tried a couple of other law firms that were not a good fit; we stopped working with them because of it, and they never followed up to ask why.) Andrew and his staff have always been there when we needed them; and we will continue using them for other estate matters of our extended family that need to be addressed.

Estate planning can be a monumental undertaking. Should be sued. Makes up narrative in documents submitted to courts. Writes so bad has to keep submitting reports so can pad bill and charge customer for unnecessary time monthly.

Incapable of communicating in a fair manner. Has given no advice, bad advice and actually illegal advice to his Trustee client, resulting in litigation against them both. Dishonest - padded bills and refused to take responsibility for his screw ups. Horrible.
