Wouldn’t recommend this firm or Nina Price to my worse enemy they took my money and was very unprofessional horrible choice of lawyer she will not answer calls run your funds dry and not even have a court date smh wish she returned my money she basically stole

I used her services more than 10 years ago...I still haven't forgotten. Bad service, poor communication, poor representation but great running up the bill. The only reason I am posting this now, is because I just saw a law firm add that reminded me of my horrible experience with her and office.

I thought I could trust a neighbor to be fair and professional. I paid her a $3k retainer, met with her once and 'POOF', she ghosted me! Two years later and I'm still being dodged. Is it worth it,Nina?

I hired this practice to assist me in my modification and because she was referred to me. After a consultation and being reassured, I Hired them and paid them in full the retainer fee. As of today I have yet to know the case status, is there a court date. No-one returns calls, emails nothing. All I am to them was another easy target to get money. Thank you Nina and your practice. I won't be referring anyone to you for anything.

I went to Nina for help with Child Support modification. I told her about how another atty charged me $5500+ for the same case. She was totally disgusted that he would take advantage of me, know my poor financial situation. I borrowed $2500 to pay Nina because she assured me, my case would be easy and she would probably return part of the money. Within the first few billings, she exhausted the full $2500. There was no research needed because I provided her with every document she needed (as I had been through this procedure a few times in the past). She didn't take my calls, didn't keep me informed properly only sent me bills. When I refused to give her more money, she withdrew from my case. I had only 2 conversations with Nina after submitting my money. One of those conversations was monopolized by her ranting about how her black in employees had granted her a "Black Card." Worst experience ever. I hired her post-divorce to go through a modification. After spending $5000, I wish I'd done the paperwork myself and could have gotten the same things accomplished. I had to drive around and collect records, even though I'd signed releases for everything bc office staff "forgot" to order records. Communication was terrible, at best. The initial consult was great, information when I met with her was great but after retainer was paid, getting a response to a call or email was like pulling teeth. After months and thousands of dollars, I got some resolution but I'm not sure what was worse...getting worked over by my ex or my family law attorney. I wish I'd read and listened to others' reviews before I'd paid a retainer. Even better, I referred people to her before things really fell apart...and all of them left and ended up retaining other counsel after months of issues with this lawyer and office.

Electing to file for divorce may or may NOT be an easy decision for someone.
Considering the fact, the decision you make will not solely affect you, but will impact your family and potentially everyone around you.
Retaining Nina Price as counsel was by far, the easiest and best decision I made.
Ms. Price has the knowledge, took the time to listen and fully understand all aspects of my case. Ms. Price provided me with outstanding representation. She is effective, professional, considerate and genuine.
As distasteful as the divorce process is, I could not have anticipated a better outcome.

getting divorced is a hard thing to do but getting screwed by you own lawyer is almost worse than the divorce!!! she is a horrible lawyer and i will tell EVERYONE i meet!!!

Im more than displeased with the quality off her office she seem to be more than willing to help me but once she was paid nothing was done court dates were never set and then when I got upset with her services she dropped my case didn't even return my calls as she stated she would your better off going onto court on your own than have Nina price horrible service all around

At first, Nina Price dazzles you with her professionalism. That changes once she gets your retainer money. She rarely responds to e-mails and phone calls. I told her all of my concerns, and they were basically ignored. She set a court date although we never went to mediation. I was not given a copy of my ex's financial information until a few days before we went to court. She did not require him to provide all of his bank statements, a copy of his life insurance policy and paycheck stubs from his new job. She had adequate time to do this. I requested that she put in the decree that he pay his half of what we owe IRS, but she didn't. I had to insist a child support deduction order be done and also had to push to make sure she did not sympathasize with him so much that he could keep his name on the house. Paperwork changes were being made minutes before we went to court. My ex didn't hire a lawyer and did fine. You have been warned. These writers are telling the truth and so am I. RUN!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS FIRM. Payed her 3000 for a divorce and she knew NOTHING about marriage and the military. After everything was done she made the statement that the ex-wife "Had just won the lottery". Great thanks for the help of my money leaving my pocket and flooding into hers. Now I have to hire another lawyer and go back to court and try to get some of what is rightfully mine back. Her staff is about sharp as a bent tack. All they do is say "I'll have Nina call you back. I have been waiting on this phone call for over 18 months now. The Florida bar really needs to investigate her firm and dis-bar her.

Not worth your money, she will make you feel that she's concerned but once you pay her, you never here from them. I never went to court because the claim was the judge would cancel. Nevertheless save your money, you will be better off representing yourself. She's awful but what goes around comes back around. I wish I would have read the reviews before paying her, but you live and learn. Take my word all the reviews are true.

Not sure what these other reviewers are talking about...had a pretty good experience here. Start to finish, my divorce took 4 months. Not bad...but I'm not sure what everyone is expecting.

As if dealing wit the divorce process is not difficult enough, hiring Nina Price was like pouring salt in the wound. To say that she is a horrible representation of an attorney is not enought. She should be should be ashamed of herself not only as an attorney but as a human being. She took a $5000 retainer and DID NOTHING. My ex-husband and I ended up mediating ourselves. I moved from Jacksonville during the divorce process and Nina failed to even contact me when my final hearing was set. I didn't even know when my divorce was finalized. DO NOT HIRE HER.

Now her retainer is $3500..She is a total thief, filed for divorce a year ago, still not divorced took my money and freaking RAN!. Lynn her idiot assistant has no knowledge about anything and just babbles on about her horse on my time. Nina Price should be disbarred for unethical practices. I'm out of 6000 Grand and need a new lawyer after all. We should form a coalition to get her greedy ass disbarred.

I really wish I had read these reviews before hiring this woman. These people are not exaggerating folks. The complaints about refusing to return calls, taking retainer fees and doing nothing, outright lies from her assistant Lynn, etc. are EXACTLY what's happened to me. I'm surprised the Bar has not shut her down for fraudulent practices, if not outright theft. Someday karma will catch up with her, but in the meantime, hide your wallet and run... and don't look back.

This Law office is the worst law office to invest your money in! Upon Hiring she seemed to be concerned with you and your case however all she cared about was charging attorney fees. Not only did she not get me a court date but she also did things to my case that hurt me. She communicated unnecessary information with the oposing counsel which hurt my case. She also discussed with them things that they used against me. She is horrible at returning calls and never communicated with me. She did nothing to help my case and didnt speak up to defend me. She charges for conferences that I have had with her when over half the time she spent more time talking about things that had nothing to do with my case. She talks to you with little or no respect. And as soon as she has exauhsted all of your money without doing anything to better your case she will drop you. She is a horrible attorney and I would never recommend her. I wish I investegated her firm before I wasted $7k on her firm!

She took my retainer of $2,000.00. NEVER DID ANYTHING, NEVER WOULD TALK TO ME AGAIN. Two years later I am still waiting on my divorce! Lynn her PA will talk to me, make promises they are working on it. NOTHINGS EVER DONE.

My divorce was done in February and haven't received my divorce decree yet. And it's October now. the paperwork isn't even in the courts yet. Don't get this lawyer. She is horrible. She takes your money and as soon as she's got it she ignores the rest of her responsibilities. Her assistants are just as bad too. They shine you on everytime you call. I am calling the Better Business Bureau and/or the BAR to report her. I have listened to complaints from many others here in the city too. They say the same thing. So save yourself from her so called "practice". Incompetent and lies. Just like most lawyers.

Buy a pair of running shoes if you retain this firm. Its exhausting trying to run down information or updates about your case, very poor clerical, communication,etc very dissatisfied all the way around. Should have saved my $
