Mary Dowell represents public employers in internal hearings, and then in court proceedings via her firm Liebert Cassidy Whitmore. She and her firm never discourage employers from pursing "frivolous", unethical, retaliatory or discriminatory actions against employees, even when it is clear that the employer is lying and making stuff up. In fact, she seems to encourage employers to continue such actions, seemingly b/c she is only thinking about her billable hours, her bottom line and her own self preservation. One day these things will catch up with her.
