Unethical behavior. Adding extra charges and garnishment filing for not paying full amount . For Example, Paying $300,00 instead of agreed $375.00 after paying a $12000 with only $650.00 remaining. He sent out garnishment with small balance remaining. It's not like he wasn't collecting money for the last three years. Just an excuse to add $107.00 at the. Pretty unethical if you ask me.
