I was quoted $600.00 to do my will and received a bill for $1,600.00 I was STUNNED. Took my will to another lawyer who commented on all the 'fluff' that had been added and redid it for $300.00. When I asked if Brenda would witness the Power of Attorney she advised me it would be an extra cost. UNACCEPTABLE!

This lawyer is an opportunist -- if it is not convenient for her she will not help you when you need it even if you hired her in the past and paid her good money. I am not impressed.

Busy but organized lawyer, who gets your job done on time, efficiently, and makes sure you can move in when you are supposed to. Knows in advance what lawyers, real estate agents and financial institutions will be a problem to deal with and works to overcome any problems so that the deal goes through. Easy to get to location to - by 10th and Granville, on a bus route, easy parking.
