We were very concerned about my wife's ticket. We never heard anything back from this lawyer and haven't been able to contact him. His phone number is disconnected. However, we just learned from the court that the case was dismissed back in 2011.

I have had several tickets dismissed by these lawyer including speeding, and illegal racing. I had not had any problems until I took a speeding citation back in 2010. He asked for me to take a DD course and pay for a drivers record. 2 years later I get a warrant. I go down to his office and the secretary tells me that they will fix it. I end up going like 3 times before I get a letter saying court has been rescheduled. About a month later I get a letter saying I got a payment plan set up for the speeding citation. I try calling Robbins and the phone is disconnected. I go down there and the secretary tells me to come back the next day at 10am. I get permission from work to drive down there the next day and he is not there. the secretary tells me to come back at 2pm and i tell her that I cant be chasing him around so I left my number and asked if he could call me. Never received a call. Summary: $125+dd+driving record+gas+etc. State Bar's Grievance Committee (800) 932-1900 Report Him!

WORST LAWYER EVER.. it is almost impossible to contact him over the phone, his secretary is rude, she can be surfing on the internet while you are trying to get an explanation why they didn't do anything with your ticket.. I WILL DEFINITIVELY NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANYTHING, he shouldn't be practicing..

Rick Robbins is an incompetent lawyer who will NOT resolve any of your issues. I took my ticket to him and he obviously did not take care of it so it turned into a warrant. Every time that I call his office his equaly incompetent assistants cannot help in any way and NEVER once have they retured my call. It has been more than 2 months that I have had an active warrant and he has not even tried attempted to fix it by blaming it on the judges. DO NOT HIRE HIM. Help El Paso citizens by running him out of busibess.
