James is a different kind of lawyer! He is very professional but he doesn’t fit any stereotypes. He has the ability to see your overall case with a unique point of view! I was in a very difficult time in my life with the charges that were brought against me. James and Maty were there to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole court process. They continued to help me out even after I was sentenced and helped me out with any of my remaining issues and or questions. I can't thank the enough for making that difficult time so easy.

I don't know where to begin. First I should have realized that this guy was a complete joke when the bail bond agent referred him when I was desperate and needing answers. If you have not retained Mr. Bickford yet, DON'T! Please believe me that this monster won't think twice to yell at you in a crowded hallway demanding more money and threatening you if you don't pay him more that you are going to jail. This incompetent and outright bully should not be practicing law in any state. The way he contacted me through a bail agency is not only illegal but it's highly unethical. James You can't force your way onto someone, you can't take advantage of the poor and needy, and you can't strong arm an individual. You've extorted the wrong person, for the last time.

JAMES BICKFORD completely mishandled my case; he failed to provide accurate information and a reasonable level of guidance so I could make intelligent decisions about my case. I was embarrassed in court because Attorney Bickford came unprepared. He had to review my file (while the judge waited) before he was able to answer questions. He evaded my questions, didn't return phone calls, didn't do what he committed to do, he ignored my repeated requests for copies of anything filed with the court on my behalf. From day one, I asked to see the results of my blood test and he alleged it wasn't in my file from the court and 6 months later I still haven't seen it! I wouldn't recommend him. He let me down in big way.

My experience with James Bickford was a great one. Being a truck driver my license was very important to me without it I would've been unemployed. Thanks to James he was able to keep my license from being suspended so I could continue working and support my family. Hiring James Bickford as my criminal lawyer was the best decision I made for my self. I highly recommend him. Thanks again !

Great Lawyer ! I hired Mr. Bickford 6 months ago for a DUI and my case is finally over. My charge was reduced to a dry wreckless which was more than I was expecting. Many thanks to James Bickford and team this is the least I can do. Highly recommended attorney ! 5 out of 5 stars all the way !

Great 1st interview. Says all the right things. But that's as far as it goes. Has an extensive form you fill out, send back but I don't know for sure he uses it. Or if he does, he doesn't explore anything on it. Basically you hand him over his 4K and you don't hear from him again about anything except dates in court that you don't have to go to. My advice, Get a public defender if you are eligible. You'll end up same way minus the 4K you pay him. If you aren't eligible, then find someone else. THIS IS MY OWN EXPERIENCE WITH JAMES V. BICKFORD.

Not quite sure what that guy from two years ago was ****ing about, but James was a lifesaver for me. In the middle of my training for the Border Patrol, I got a DUI. My whole life seemed like it was over. I knew that a DUI on my record would get me kicked out of the program. A friend of mine (his client too) referred me to him and I'm glad he did. Money was scarce, but I new that he would do good for me unlike the other attorneys I saw. He made feel confident in his knowledge about DUI'S than "those do everything lawyers". I knew I was in good hands and he was worth every dollar to save my career. Needless to say, James got the DUI dropped and I'll soon graduate!!!! Thanks you, James for all you've done for me.
