Sad this guy is retired. He got me full custody of my kids which everyone said wasn't likely for a dad. I'm forever grateful.

Did nothing for the one day he went to court for my divorce and kept full deposit after dismissed. In fact he was trying to convince me to give her what she wanted. He had no preparation what so ever.

Terry Trott is currently suspended by the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board for 2.5 years. Trott is appealing, however, the Grievance Administrator is appealing as well for increased discipline. Trott's misconduct includes failure to return unearned fees from his clients and using those funds for his own personal purposes.
