I just want to say that I'm sitting here 3 years after he railroaded my husband into what is possibly the worst divorce settlement ever in the history of divorce settlements. He did not require an end date for the refinance of the marital home? We are incapable of purchasing a home because his ex wife does not have to refinance the house...there is absolutely no penalty for her not doing what she agreed to but we have to continue to pay and pay...all this because Mr Wood did not advise my husband that he should negotiate for an end date. I cannot understand why he so poorly advised him. If you are a man facing a divorce in SC please stay far far away from this guy. You will get nothing.
