I was a zombie in my state of depression along with all the other problems I had. Kevin worked hard and diligently and saw the state I was in, emotional and physical. At times I could not answer his questions and he had to figure out what the answers were from friends and families, doctors and other professionals involved in my health. I really think if I had any other lawyer, that lawyer would have walked away from my case. He showed compassion and wanted to really help me and get through my case. He wanted to see me live a productive life again. At the time I had no money, could not work, pay my bills, my mortgage or help my kids out but with Kevin's help I am able to once again function. I am able to, help my children with school tuition, pay my bills and have a quality of life I never imagined. As I continue in my recovery Kevin remains a help to me. I would recommend Kevin to anyone who has an injury and is dealing with ICBC. He is a lawyer who will go all the way for you.

Had a very serious injury. Made me settle as he was intimidated by ICBC lawyer. Settlement was not sufficient to cover my cost of care and future issues. Guy seems to move around and moves firms a lot! He was the worst lawyer EVER. Even bragged about what he bought with the money he made off my case. Stay away!

Horrible. Allowed ICBC to short change me greatly leaving me high and dry years later with a serious set of disabilities that have kept getting worse!
