Mr. Lugo has his Paralegal Bettty do everything in my Work Comp case. She was not qualified and at a deposition on record she said she was in "La La Land" when the defense Atty. asked her a question! I complained to the Stae Bar about Atty. Lugo. When the Defense Atty. starts calling fraud like they do in all Work Comp cases he runs and drops his client without an attorney. Not very professional. No other Atty. will take your case because Mr. Lugo has already been paid the bulk of compensation already. I complained to the State Bar when I asked him for my file and he said it was 100 Dollars because he owned it. Stay awary from Atty. Lugo.
