I will first say, I went to this attorney for a consultation for $250.00. She spent an hour with me, took some paperwork from me, then kicked me out the door for her next meeting. I get the feeling she really couldn't be bothered. She claimed she wouldn't end up contacting me and saying "I'm not handling the case, good luck". The following morning I receive an email saying. "I'm not taking the case, good luck". I just feel she really had no idea of what I'd been through with my previous employer. I just don't feel, she saw the whole picture of my case. Who knows, maybe she is a good attorney, but, she didn't seem to put forth any effort in understanding all of my circumstances. I've since, talked with 2 other attorney's who paid attention to what I had to say and felt my case was worthy of representing. I feel better having an atty that will represent me as opposed to one who speaks with me for an hour, knows ALL the facts of the case and makes a kneejerk reaction as to where I stand.
