Cyntia Mancia is by far the worst lawyer you can hire operating currently out Chappell & partners in Toronto. She not only did not help me but failed to disclose key evidence to represent my family. She charged me $8.600 out of a $10,000 retainer for just reviewing my documents and to tell me she could not help and instead of returning the remainder she sent me another bill 6 months later for $1,700 putting me in a $300 owing position despite the fact that we had zero contact with her and she had already sent us a letter saying that she could not help us. She claimed that she forgot to charge me for few e-mails some 6 months ago which of course was a lie. This is not an anonymous review. My name is Mahyar Radmehr and my phone number is 416-880-3134. I can show you the invoices and her “so claimed work” which translated to absolutely nothing. Her incompetence could have been disclosed on her $300.00/hr initial consultation which I paid for but NO she needed more money.

Cynthia is an excellent lawyer. She represented me in a very complex international jurisdictional battle and I was very pleased with the outcome. It was not an easy task but she worked very hard on finding applicable case law and was very good in the court room.

Was knowledgeable but showed no interested in helping my case spent more time sending me bills then defending me. She wanted me to agree to with whatever my former partner wanted regardless of the evidence and circumstance that was at hand. The judge had to point out important facts and concerns on my behalf.

Excellent and a very professional lawyer. She accepts legal aid clients. I have gone to many other lawyers, who were very unprofessional. She explains the situations well in the court. Judges respect her and trust her opinion.

I put more effort than her. She mostly put effort on billing me. Worst of all she said in the open court, she charged me for 2K while I was already paid her 10K!!!! She said simply it happened!!!!

This lawyer was great! She really helped me out with my case. She worked hard for me and kept my legal fees as low as possible. When I needed to work out an arrangement to pay her she was flexible. I could tell in court that the Judge and the other lawyer were really impressed with her. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a caring, hardworking lawyer.

Worst lawyer I've dealt with. She forgot a lot of important details that costed me money and time, and I was treated rudely when I asked them about it and expressed concerns.

I would NEVER recommend her to any one !!! .She drags your case to get more money out of you .She is greedy and isnt productive .She threats you to stop working for you if you not provide her with ridicules retainer .She charges you for everything also for mistakes made by her behalf .She will ruin you financially .She stalls to finish your case, doesnt give you clear direction .Her efforts to protect you and get best results are poor .Working with her for some time i have learn i would end up bankrupt with her with very little results .This is the worst lawyer EVER .

This is the worst lawyer ever. She is biased and doesn't listen to what you want. She calls and emails about unimportant and unrelated things and then charges you for it. Her ability to calculate numbers are horrendous because she miscalculates everything so you have to double check it. She would charge you for the miscalculations that SHE made. Her efforts in trying to protect you and getting the best results are poor because she doesn't even try to attempt to, for example, get you more money out of a situation. She's greedy and isn't productive. You would end up bankrupt with her charging you for everything. She stalls in finishing the case and drains money out of you. I would never recommend her.
