I USED CHARLES INGENITO ON MY RECENT CAR ACCIDENT CASE..HES THE WORST DOESNT ANSWER CALLS...MY ACCIDENT WAS IN 2006 I GOT INJURED BAD AND HE GOT ME ALMOST NO MONEY..HES THE WORST NOW THEY SENT MY CHECK AND HE DOESNT CALL ME BACK..DOESNT WANNA GIVE UP THE CHECK I GUESS PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER YOU WILL GET NO WERE..HES NO GOOD...

Stay away! He Does not speak to clients after initial meeting. My wife had a case with him for almost 3 years. When she did speak to him he seemed surprise that we were upset trying to reach him for months and months. After 3 years he settled her case we received a letter from the ins co saying they sent the check the atty. He kept denying ever receiving it. After calling and calling and calling and threats to report him...SEVEN months passed until we saw a penny from this settlement. BE AWARE!!!!

Mr. Ingenito represented me in a car accident I was in 4 years ago. I have called him numerous times to ask about the status of my lawsuit. He never returns my calls and I have received very little written correspondence regarding my case. I have no idea if he has received any money from the lawsuit. I have a feeling he is avoiding me and any questions I may have. I am about to report him to the Attorney Ethics Board.

We used Mr Ingenito for an accident we were involved in in 2004 - we wound up doing most of the "leg work" ourselves and rarely had any contact with Mr. Ingenito or anyone from his office. Finally after filing suit we settled our case in early November of 2008- we signed releases and were told we would be recieving our settlement shortly.. well after MONTHS and MONTHS of calls (going into April of 2009) with no return calls, and COUNTLESS excuses from Mr. Ingenito and his staff as to where our check was I finally called the other parties insurance company and got copies of the check that Mr Ingenito received in late November of the same month we signed the releases. He was sitting on these checks and doing nothing for us AT ALL. Only after we called the department of Insurance and showed up unannounced at his office (which he tried to get out the back door while we were speaking to the secretary) did we get a promise that we would have our settlement later that day. STAY FAR FAR AWAY
