While in court the judge says well then sir you have filed the wrong papers. My child's custody has been in her mothers favor since. The next hearing I fired him and he actual said" do you feel that filling the wrong papers jeopardized your case? " after telling him go away he went to opposing lawyer and began to whisper quietly about my case and if u can read Lips says get him after which he felt need to send me a bill for additional twenty bucks. If I'm correct it cost him that much to address the envelope if using his own billing charges

No tenacity. No adviice on how to plead. Do not use this attorney. You'd do better with another lawyer. He is well past his prime and needs to retire.

I have no idea if this lawyer is good or not but I do know this, the phone help is awefull and they don't return calls.... so why bother contacting him in the first place.
