0 star lawyer. I regret hiring Linh Nguyen to represent me in a pre-hearing settlement and a hearing before the State Personnel Board. He merely took the information I provided & pasted it into the official forms. I stayed up countless nights, finding content, rebuttals, and graphs to prove how my employer was harassing me over a 3-yr period. At the pre?hearing, he expected me to defend my own case, as he only introduced me.
I had to consider my full-time job and family, & limited time before the hearing. I communicated my expectations to him, and he agreed.
Again, I was the one up at night after work, putting together the case, rebuttals, facts, arguments. On the day of the trial, I was ready for a judge to finally hear my case. Linh told me before the trial even started that there is no way we can win this case. He was reluctant to go in front of the Judge. I had no choice but accept my employer’s offer.
I had paid him in full before both hearings for services he never provide
