Bruce Menke may be bribing judges to always get his way. He may have bribed a Judge in San Pedro and may be bribing Judges in Long Beach to win his landlord cases, he is a professional liar, such as protecting slumlords, and Judges allow him with no care for tenants rights, just go to their courtrooms and watch it unfold.
