I worked with David M Price of Long Beach because I was referred to him by the State Bar Association of California. He was not an excellent lawyer (forgetful, easily intimidated by opposing counsel, meek and fearful in front of a judge, does not argue passionately for you), particularly easy to work with or talk to (he can talk for too long, go off on long winded, boring personal stories -- I suspect to run up his billing hours, he can also be explosively crabby seemingly out of nowhere), but he also wasn't a bad lawyer. He basically did the bare minimum of what he had to do, to stop from completely bombing my case. Other lawyers, who were more talented and intelligent, could have and would have done much better with the facts of my case -- in other jurisdictions I won by landslide victories with these better lawyers. In the case David handled for me, I got a just barely acceptable judgment.. If you want to be able to pay a fairly cheap price, he will accept lower payments based on inc
