Let the client beware. John Clark is too arrogant and thinks his time too important to give his clients an initial legal consultation as most attorneys do. I was seeking advise on filing for custody for my child. I was only allowed to talk to the firm's front person who was a paralegal. All of mr clark's answers to the same questions contradicted the paralegals. I would not have filed the case if I had straight time with an attorney before hand. It seems litigation is mr clark's forte. It makes him a handsome profit. He is not knowlegeable or doesn't communicate to his client in court appointed legal processes that don't involve attorneys, such as mediation. He left me stranded in mine and I lost signifigant time agreement negated by the other attorney because mr clark gave me no advise on how the process worked. But of course he would gladly fight to get it back if I would PAY him to do so. Your case may be the most important thing you ever do. Find an attorney who handles it that way

He represented my cousin; all I heard were complaints. He is with a good firm, apprarently knows his stuff, but must have apprenticed with a Shark because of some of the tactics he uses. Beware!

Represents women well, but changes his demeanor with male clients. His tactics are some-what under-handed.
