Defrauded and overcharged me.
I have expert testimony that John Gilligan committed fraud and overcharged me - by more than $1.2 million. During his 2018 deposition, Gilligan admitted that Brandmeyer, Gilligan & Dockstader (BGD) first became a legal partnership between Gilligan and Dockstader in 2016.
