Very knowledgeable in his area - Franchising/Franchise agreements. He was very good at explaining everything in laymans terms. There was additional work that he agreed to complete. Once I paid him - I couldn't get in touch with him... he didn't return repeated emails or calls. He never did the additional work. I had to get someone else to complete it and ended up paying for it twice. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!! If you do use him, make him complete any/all work up front!

Jeff Wheelock has helped me immeasurably both personally and the clients I have referred to him. He is not only knowledgeable, but he is a master negotiator.
