Shane C. Deleon,a lawyer practicing in Morristown,NJ is not a trustworthy lawyer.He was unethical by failing to return my phones, updating me on my case for several months, fabricated court dates that were not dated, incompetent and was inactive with my case for several months.I was going through an Divorce and needed I realized he had abandoned my case. He constantly kept avoiding my phone calls and not returning emails.I decided if he failed to reply back to my phone calls I would report him to The Attorney of Ethics in New Jersey.Such discipline can range from an admonition,the least serious discipline,to a reprimand,censure,suspension from practice,or permanent disbarment from practice.(www.judiciary.state.nj.us/oae/index.htm)
After,giving him warnings a few weeks later he finally called me back,he quoted I was a"200 pound gorilla breathing down my neck."Even though he eventually called me back it hardly gave me back the time I wasted on an issue I did not have the time to spare.
